How do I rent a locker?
You can do it in two different ways, both simple and fast:
Book online – Choose the details of your reservation on your store’s page and proceed by paying by credit card or PayPal.
In a few seconds you should receive the confirmation of your reservation via e-mail!
Pay attention! In your confirmation e-mail you will also receive your locker code that you will need it to deposit and/or collect your luggage!
Book directly in the luggage storage of your choice – In a few minutes, you can book your locker using the touchscreen: you just need to choose the details of your reservation and proceed to pay by credit card.
Within 10 minutes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a text message, where your locker code will be indicated.
Don’t lose it, you will need it to collect your luggage!
How long can a deposit last?
Lockers have a minimum length of deposit of 1 day, while the maximum length of a deposit is 60 days.
What happens if I don’t get back on time?
In case of delay, when you collect your bags, the system will ask you for an additional payment for the hours of use exceeding your reservation. You can easily pay the difference with your credit card and collect your luggage.
Is my luggage insured?
Smart Locker Tenerife has signed an insurance contract in favor of Users with the company AXA Seguros. In the unlikely event of an incident at Smart Locker Tenerife establishment, the signed policy covers loses due to damages and/or robberies up to a maximum of 300€ per locker (you must file a report). We recommend not keeping objects that exceed that value. This insurance do not cover the loss of money, jewelry, stones or beautiful metals, watches, plasma screens and, in general, tecnological gadgets (LCD, satnavs, smartphones, laptops, tablets), pice of art, antiques, memory cards or any other media that contain data or pictures. Please note that your trip documents and personal documentation (passport, driving liscence, etc.) are stored at your own risk and responsability.
